The year was 1900, and it was the start of a new Century. The world was teeming with dreams and so was Martin Luther Beistle, affectionately known as M. L.Beistle. As a young man, M.L. worked for the Pittsburgh Art Calendar Company and he was a progressive salesperson that listened to his customers. Always looking for opportunity that involved decorative products made from paper, M.L. made a trip to Heidelberg Germany and while there, he observed a honeycombing technique and being a visionary entrepreneur, skillfully conceived and designed a process to honeycomb tissue paper, and with the addition of these new decorative products, The Beistle Company was formed. We are the world’s largest manufacturer of party goods. We have been designing and producing decorations and party goods for over 110 years. Our hallmark is the quality of products and the high level of customer service we provide. We offer seasonal and everyday decorations and party supplies for holidays, theme parties and special occasions. as advertised, good quality
This was used by my husband with his Woodstock (Peanuts character) costume. It was perfect since he didn't want to wear a whole costume. He wore this and a t-shirt with Woodstock on it. I was pleased by the elastic band - no too tight and didn't stretch out with first use. worth the $

Worked for its purpose
Used for a Mr. Anger costume. It's a bit cheap, but that is to be expected for what you pay for it. Worked for its intended use though!

Sheds
This is cute and worked for the pep rally for my kiddos but this sheds ALOT! My kids were a hit at school.Down sides:ShedsLarger head fit not made for smallerSmells out of the bag

Great for a Savannah Bananas game
bought these as a costume enhancement for a baeball game with the Savannah Bananas game. They were a big hit!

the yellow hair sheds a great deal. I figured it would be cheaply made
The price was cheaper than getting a wig, but the elastic band has already given way (as if the elastic band was old and the rubber got dry and disintegrated) and that was just from trying it on. Also, the yellow hair sheds a great deal. I figured it would be cheaply made, but this was exceptionally cheaply made.

Cheap Quality – 2 Stars
The Beistle Yellow Hairy Headband didn’t live up to expectations. It felt really cheap, and the hair fell out constantly, making a mess. I wore it for a costume, and while it worked in the moment, the quality was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it for anything more than a one-time use. 2 stars.
