I’ve tried many pancake mixes over the years, but this organic pancake mix has truly become a staple in our kitchen—especially when the grandkids visit! The best part? Outside not being Organic (which is always a major plus, hence the 4-star rating) the ingredient list is small and doesn't contain bioengineered products. It is Non-GMO! The mix cooks very well if you give it time to rise for a few minutes after mixing with spring water. I never use tap in my foods. It browns well and evenly of a cast iron surface, which I recommend for cooking pancakes. They come out very fluffy and tasty with my favorite 100% organic maple syrups. These are a more than soil and healthier buy

Not only are these The Most Delicious Pancakes that I've ever had, but they are also The Easiest Pancakes To Make, that I have ever made...And They Are Organic, which is The Most Important Factor for me... I don't consume non organic wheat, with all the Glyphosphate sprayed on it, I'd have to have a death wish to do otherwise (LOL)..

When I first opened the box, I opened up to powder all over the inside of the box because there was a slice in the plastic of the bag. I had to put some tape over it and it was fine. I don’t use my stove or waffle maker very often anymore so I make microwave pancakes which I made this morning. It was so good but a little on the dry side which is fine because syrup exists so it wasn’t a big deal. The flavor is like normal pancake flavor. These would be good with vegan chocolate chips or blueberries though! Definitely recommend trying this brand of pancake mix. Super yummy! I think you get a good bang for your buck with two bags for about 10 bucks too.

Tried so many different brands and was not impressed. Price was WAY too high and pancakes left a lot to be desired, especially since they all required an egg and oil, some milk as well. Tried these on a whim and to my shock, they were exceptionally fantastic!! No egg, milk or oil!! Just water. Couldn't believe the tangy flavor and fluffiness which all the rest of them lacked. Unless the price is hiked, I will remain a loyal customer!

For those of you who remember, this pancake mix used to be, hands down, the most incredible innovation in pancake mix history. However, in the past year, we've been getting inconsistent batches of this product (regardless of retailer) that would just turn out flat. I contacted customer service and sent them the batch numbers and even a photo of the "flat" pancakes. My husband would make dollar pancakes for my son each morning, and the batter used to fluff right up! Like really FLUFF! And the taste was outstanding. Kids and adults alike loved these. However, the "bad batches" are flawed in they lack a leveling agent like baking soda or powder. Although customer service sent me some vouchers to make up for my negative experience, I didn't throw the mix away. I added my own baking powder to the mix and that helped a lot! The taste however is still off. Just recently, I was lucky enough to get 1 good bag out of the 3 I ordered on Amazon and I was pleasantly surprised to find the original mix! I could tell right away because when you add water and mix, the consistency of the wet batter is already fluffy! And from the dry mix, you can see a lovely sheen on it from the sugars of sweeteners or whatever they put in it to make it taste amazing. For those of you with bad-reviews, I feel you. But it's a real shame because when these pancakes are formulated correctly, they are incredible. We even used to bring this pancake mix, a hotplate, pan, and spatula on vacations with us just so we can make our son his favorite breakfast. Let's hope moving forward they've figured out this manufacturing issue and get back to that original FLUFFY formula!
