I love this sign. I have one mounted on the wall in my kitchen and have gifted a few of them to managers in some of the supermarkets I shop with. I live in Vietnam and the concept of knowing where on the steer your meat came from is, maybe, a pipe dream. None of the meat people have ever been able to tell me enough about cuts of beef for me to confidently apply a standard US name to the cut. The sign appears accurate in locating the particular cuts on the critter.
