Disappointing Performance
Did not perform at all well at higher temperatures. I have the Stahl wok which is excellent, so this was a disappointment. I returned it.

One of the best product in my kitchen. I was gifted this set by my husband and daughter last year and ever since I have been using it everyday. Sometimes more than once in a day by emptying the cooked item in another bowl and using it again. Perfect in all aspects. Size is food. Food cooks perfectly without burning unlike in other steel products. Food requires less oil while cooking in Stahl pots and pans compared to other products. Easy to clean and maintain. Must buy! Absolutely worth the cost.
