Good for the buck
We bought these cause 20 was cheaper than one plastic ruler. They are of mass produced quality and good for kids who loose things. You won’t care if the lost and will have no problem using them for other things like stirring paint cause the price is right.

Great if you need to measure more than one thing.
Wow, where to start? Well, first of all you can take three of these, tape them together and make a yardstick. You could also take a piece of a fourth and tape that on and make a meter stick (whatever that is). These don’t do a very good job of measuring around curves, but if you soak them long enough they will start to bend. These are also useful as kindling to start a fire, as you can measure the size of the flame while they burn. Amazing! Now, these aren’t electronic or anything, so good news—no batteries, BUT you do actually have to read them for the measuring function to work. I know...so analog. Millenials and teens may need instruction on proper use (do tell them they are doing a good job, even if they arent—they don’t handle negative feedback very well). These do NOT have an inserted metal edge like the heavier duty ruler of yore, so if your enemies attack, you are going to have to give them extra whacks to get them to back off. Nuns—whack away at students’ fingers, far harder to draw blood with these. Finally, this is a pack of 20. Great for sharing, but if you need to measure anything longer than 20 feet, please remember to order two sets. Now, if I had one critique (and I do) it would be that they should make these a bit longer....I seem to measure a lot of stuff that is between 12 and 13 inches, so I’m always coming up short as I only like to carry one of these in my pocket at a time.

Perfect!
Plastic rulers are more difficult for younger kids to pick up and keep in place. These work very well!

Rulers for the classroom. Were a good price.

Standard ruler.
My middle school gremlins keep breaking acrylic rulers, so I need to stick to wood. These are accurate enough for middle school.

Rulers for "Tools for Schools"
I didn't open the package of rulers because they were put into a box for a collection for local schools. For students, I'm positive these will be fine for what they would use for.

Perfect for my use
I use these thin but durable wooden sticks as backing on my booth's side banners (I'm a caricaturist). The fact that they're flat, without a channel running down the middle, allows them to lay perfectly on the back of the vinyl banners, using double-sided, industrial strength tape, providing extra stability. Other uses other than measuring things? With a little imagination, the possibilities are limitless!

Nice, basic ruler for the price.
Purchased these to use as Valentine's for a kindergarten class. They were perfect. This is not what I would describe as a heavy duty ruler but it's great for kids. No sharp edges or splinters. Printing is clear and shipping was fast. Exactly what I expected.
