Every now and then needs to be unplugged otherwise does not charge what ever is meant to be charging but does give a red light to warn you of that

This is the worst product that I have ever had the misfortune of buying. Right off the bat the phone takes almost 15 hours to charge, let alone also charging my watch and headphones (at which point nothing charges or even hold their current charge). That is if the dock detects that the devices or on the stand and in my experiences it only identifies one device (after over an hour). On my first use it would not detect anything and when it does, it becomes so bad the devices become scolding hot. After using the supplied power adapter and cable I have tried every variation of power adapter I have lying around, various usb-c cables, making sure no cases are on, and there is literally no difference! Make sure if you buy it (please don't) that your bedside table is clear of all other objects as this charging dock is one of the biggest fire risks I have ever seen and in all honestly I would feel safer with a lit cigarrete lying on my bed... That is bad how it is! You can also hear it making loud static noises which my cats seem to hate. On day two I put this item in the bin!! I didn't even bother to return it, as i did not want anyone else to receive this horrible device. I normally look for and find many positives on a product and hate giving bad reviews, but I am ashamed to admit that there is not one redeeming quality about this product and it concerns me that it is being sold in the first place!

Nicely designed but not magnetic and the additional time display, although effective with 3 light levels, is superfluous as the time is shown on the screen of the phone being charged. Instead of the time display, a night light would be more practical. Returned for a full refund.

Ich nutze diesen Wireless Charger nun schon über 2 Jahre und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Die Uhr ist dank einstellbarer Helligkeit in 3 Stufen immer gut zu lesen, das Smartphone lädt mit der angegeben Leistung zuverlässig. Die Ladefunktion für Uhr und Earpods konnte ich bisher nie testen, da ich keine kompatiblen Geräte habe. Mir ist es wichtig, dass am Arbeitsplatz das Handy geladen wird und man es bedienen kann, ohne es in die Hand zu nehmen. So kann man bequem z.B. ein Video Tutorial auf dem Handy gucken und es am PC gleich umsetzen. Leider ist mir das Gerät nach knapp 2 Jahren kaputt gegangen, es hat nicht mehr geladen. Aber der Support vom Hersteller war hier sehr umgänglich und nach einer Anfrage mit Beschreibung (ich habe vorsorglich auch geschrieben, was ich zur Fehlereingrenzung schon versucht habe) habe ich unkompliziert ein Austauschgerät erhalten. Das ist sehr kundenfreundlich, vor allem da ich bei 2 Tagen vor Ablauf der Gewährleistung nicht mehr damit gerechnet habe. Das habe ich bei anderen Herstellern (andere Produkte) schon innerhalb der ersten 6 Monate anders erlebt. Um so schöner ist es, dass dieser Hersteller (NeotrixQI) noch weiß, was Kundenservice bedeutet.

Beautiful sleek light pink charging dock works amazing. I even happen to have a case on my phone white a box on the back to fold out to make a kick stand for hands free and it still sits great and charges great! Never ever have a problem charging my watch. I love the clock feature on it and it auto corrects itself with the time change! Very light weight and was more less was ready to go right out of the the box. It was so easy just had to plug it in!
