Best thing ever!

My 89 yr old friend has dementia that is progressing very fast (less than a yr). We decided to try light therapy to stimulate his brain & memory & assist in his mood issues. It does appear to be working. It is NOT a cure. But it helps stimulate his brain so he remembers words better. And his mood lifts. I use to help me wake up in the morning.Price is extremely good. Unit is solid. ... works even though the cats knocked it over a few times. Easy to turn on & off .. no fiddling with small buttons.

I love the compactness of this light box and the simplicity of it for the right price. Most others I’ve seen are so obvious (when not in use) and draw too much attention to it. I wanted something that worked well but wasn’t going distract from my current decoration. Easy to use, just tap to turn on and hold to adjust brightness. The only thing it doesn’t do is change light tone (warm, cool, natural). Otherwise, I’m very happy with my purchase.

This item works great if you never want to go outside again because the world sucks so much. I can now get my vitamin D in small doses that will not poison me. I also do not have to be in the bug filled, trash ridden, chemical environment of the outside. I can now just play video games and eat nachos without risk of depression due to my lack of sunlight.

I working the overnight shift 11pm-7am 5 days a week for the last year and a half… My doctor suggested getting one of these lights. At first I was using it for hours… which she told me was not good. So know when I wake up to get ready for work around 9pm it's in my kitchen and I turn it on for 20 minutes while I have coffee and make food for work. I've noticed I'm not as Grumpy.…

So maybe it just wasn't the product for me, but rather than have any benefits, the few times I tried to use it, I almost immediately got a headache. It was quite bright and easy to use but I didn't like it.

I really like this product, it has helped after moving from California to Washington. I am so sorry to leave the Golden State, but here I am. This little light has helped on those dark and stormy days. I've had it a couple of months, and love it, it seems very well made, and reliable and I use it regularly.

This light Was purchased once and I was able to return it because it was within the window because the part of the charging cord that plugs into the lamp is very very loose and it bends and will not turn the light on. I asked for a replacement and so I sent the one back and they sent me this new one and the same exact thing happened again and it is past the time that I can return it. The lamp is used for fall and winter months anyway. This should not be happening. Just a disappointment highly don’t recommend. I should’ve just not asked for a replacement, but I love the size of the lamp and it’s packed and folds and it is small. It’s just a cheaply made charger.
