Doesn't work at all. Arrived broken, stuck at 0% volume/-12dB in Windows. Mute toggle button does nothing. Tried in three different computers.

If you’re willing to play with Voicemeeter, this mic is an amazing choice for upgrading your Vive’s microphone. Only drawback being the long cable, but nothing some zipties can’t fix

I'm a professional gamer girl (male Discord mod) by bloodline and thus require an audio input device for council meetings (Uno sessions). The cat ears broke off of my usual headset so I switched to a DT 770 Pro which is just a standard (albeit high quality) headphone. On top of that, I use an amp which makes for using a splitter for the mic input not possible. That's where this beauty comes in.Being a USB audio input, it's easy to just stick into the PC and forget it. Installation is as simple as "pick sticker off and place on headphone". I had concerns about the length of the mic itself but the adjustability gave me plenty of room do fit the mic comfortably in front of my face so my kittens (other discord mods) can hear me without issues. The mic is even detachable from the thing that actually sticks to your headphones!One complaint that I do have, however, is that the strength of the input is not the greatest in the world, requiring me to adjust the clip level of the input audio so my voice wouldn't be choppy. Overall, a solid find.

Bought this as a replacement for my modmic, which is out of stock. They looked similar. Opening the package the cheapness was apparent and disheartening. Mic needed maximum input setting to be audible, which is OK but not ideal. After a few days, the mic would cut out and I would have to wiggle the USB. After 6 days it was dead.

Doesn't work on PC. Volume is too low and it can't be adjusted via drivers. Don't waste your time.
