This product, the Frida Mom Foot Spray didn’t do Anything it said it would. It did not give me muscle relief, didn’t help swelling, and dried my skin out terribly. It felt good when I applied it on my skin/feet ankles and lower legs so I thought it was going to be really good but Not!!! I am so disappointed with this product. No I do not think you should buy it.

I was a little hesitant at first to try this. I had a lot of swelling at night during my pregnancy. Surprisingly, this was very effective and made my legs feel great! It was a cool and tingly effect. The only downside is it got clogged and I couldn’t use the rest of the product before it was gone.

I ordered this pregnancy skincare set for my wife and she absolutely loved it. The products are gentle, smell amazing, and leave her happy. It’s been a great way for her to relax and take care of herself during pregnancy. She especially loved the foot spray and body wash. Everything came beautifully packaged and felt premium. Definitely worth the purchase. Happy wife, happy life!

These products are amazing but I gave this 3 stars because the perineal gel, it was extremely hard to get it out of the bottle!! We ended up getting a second one because we thought something was just wrong with the dispenser or the bottle but the second one we bought was the same exact way. Me and my fiancé were both having trouble getting it out. But the other items are so useful and helpful ESPECIALLY the belly bump lotion. Omg it lathers your belly up so good in the shower and leaves your belly so so soft!!! I recommend this product to every pregnant woman. I didn’t get a single stretch mark and I think the in shower lotion was a big contributing factor to that!!

Really happy I found this product. It worked within five minutes of applying really makes a difference in the aching pains in my legs and ankles. It kind of goes on like a shaving cream, not necessarily a spray.
