Amazing flavor / Multi use!
This is an amazing multi use “sweet rice” Koji! I have used this for white Miso, Sake, Amazake, Improved Meju etc. I think this is the best value on Amazon for the quality of Koji directly from Japan. Highly recommended

Good quality but…
I ordered this once before and I like this. I am from Japan, so I know the quality of this brand is good. Why one star less is all 3 packages’s best used by date is in April and it is April when I received. Hoped later best used by date was there for me since I do not used all at once. Oh, good thing they can be frozen to keep.
