Good product. My nails and skin are appreciating the organic product. My hair is still thinning but I am not losing as much now. I have been using this product for about a year now and just started using the multivitamin too. The gummies are flavorful and easy to chew.

Love this product! These saved me during postpartum. I had been warned about postpartum shedding, but actually seeing my hairline thin was a shock. My nails also became super brittle (I've been told it might have had something to do with breastfeeding). Within a week of taking these my nails were noticeably stronger, and I had begun to shed less. The longer I took them, the more my hair grew back. I had bought them for my hair and nails, but was also pleasantly surprised when it helped with some hormonal acne I was dealing wiht. The gummy form was an added bonus, since it was quick and easy to take in the mornings, even with how busy I was with my baby. I tried a few different hair supplements, but this one is the first I saw a real difference with. It's a great supplement, and worth every penny for me!

I have been taking these for several months and can see a very very slight improvement in my hair. I haven't noticed a huge improvement and was hoping for a little more. The gummies taste good and are easy to chew. I do wish they had a higher biotin level in them, overall these are decent hair vitamins.
