The best pain relief product that I have used in over 50 years of pain, I recommend it to all of my friends and colleagues.

These plasters are small but didn't they work wonders for my back. They get pleasantly hot and last all day. Have been known to leave overnight if you can stand the heat. You'll have to get use to applying as they are very sticky. Fair warning. After removing them do NOT have a hot bath or shower as the afterburn is savage. I highly recommend these for lower back problems.

These smell medicinal so maybe they will help my back in that respect, but they are not at all hot. Feel warm for a few minutes after application but don't achieve anything in the short term at least.

Effective heat plasters but the initial heat once they kick in can be uncomfortably hot for an hour or so. After that they work well for another 8 hours or so. Value for money.

Definitely relieves pain, stays in place well

I needed it for pain in my neck and shoulder. they warmed up and then overheated very quickly. they caused more pain than i had to start with. I had to remove them after a few minutes, they left burn marks on my shoulder. I usually buy salonplas which has worked for me before but i couldn't find it so bought these. Never again.

Great pain relief. I have a degenerative spine condition and these give great relief, especially at night.

Absolutely brilliant,I cut patches in half lengthwise,as I find a whole patch is too intense for me. I stick an already desired size of patch ,an hour or so before heading off to work,gives it time to react with your skin,a smaller patch on each arthritic knee,a patch in centre of my lower back,the butt check I’m feeling pain in and right underneath the offending butt cheek,as my sciatica is worst in the forementioned areas. And these help me endure some of the pain ( you realise how much they help when you forget to put them on,believe me) at work. One word of warning though,DO NOT remove patched just before bath/shower as it stings. Best taking off few hours before then or remove afterwards ( easier as they’re wet imo )

Il soulage mais il colle trop à la peau après la colle reste sur notre peau c qui est désagréable mais sinon il fais son travail
