This was my second purchase of this product, works great. Easy to use and changing needles isn’t that hard. That said if you take care of this tool it’ll serve you well. If it jams it’s easy to fix, don’t keep pressing the trigger! It’s not going to unjam itself. Take the needle out, take the tags out, and reinsert. You may have to replace the needle, no biggie .This one is a keeper.

Love the easy setup and the replacement needles. I tried it a few times and it was great. Cant wait to start using it more! I will write an update if needed. So far I am very pleased with this product.

The directions need larger pictures and a picture of how to insert the plastic tags into the gun. The word directions needed a picture. Once I finally figured it out, it worked great.

My daughter shows horses and dairy cows and this is an excellent tool for attaching numbers to saddle pads and shirts!
