Clear Difference
I haven’t taken vitamins like that before. But this brand I’m very keen on using esp their b complex. I was able to tell a huge difference in my cognitive abilities within 2-3 days. ( I play chess, within the first week I increased my score by 150 points). Also I feel much more alert and overall healthy. I’m going to check out other products from this brand. I also like the fact it’s fermented and not in capsule form.

Only vitamins that don’t hurt my stomach
I have a sensitive stomach and often can’t see the effects of vitamins—that is not the case with these vitamins. I feel a boost whenever I take them with no stomach pain!

Motiva B-Complex contains Maltodextrin AND PALM OIL
Unfortunately I've been taking this Movita B-Complex and did not realize it contains Maltodextrin AND PALM OIL!! Both products I have eliminated for over a year! I wish I could return it!

Very Good/Excellent B-Vits Supplement
Over the years, I've had really good luck with B vitamin supplements. They are always a good idea, for exactly the reasons outlined in the ad: they boost mood, and they help with overall wellbeing. I realize that's painting with pretty broad strokes, but when I work some nutritional yeast into my daily diet (which is just loaded with the B vits) I just feel better! Enter trying out this supplement. I opened the pouch, and the first smell I encountered smelled JUST like nutritional yeast! What a great endorsement for this product. I don't see it specifically on the label, but all the whole food items that are part of the manufacture are, at least, very cool. I'm excited to have found this, because I DO feel better since starting to add it with my regular multi- vitamin. I plan to continue it/reorder (Update: I ordered it yesterday). I like that it's Made in the USA and that it supports a small business. Yep. I like it. I like it a LOT.

No complaints
I ordered the Movita Fermented Vitamin B-Complex, Pouch - Fermented Whole Foods, Vitamins and Minerals - Organic, Vegan-Friendly, Gluten-Free & Non-GMO - Monthly Supply. Be careful when you open it up, because these come in a pouch. Not a plastic container. I accidentally cut open the pouch when opening my order, but that's my own fault for not using common sense. I actually like that they didn't use plastic as the earth likes it better. These are for 30 day supply, and the pills are a little bit bigger. They are not a soft gel or in a capsule, so you have to be okay with taking hard pills like that. I'm not noticing anything negative, and they are as expected, thank you.

Nutritional yeast-y smelling pouch, but seems good otherwise!
I don't love it but I also don't have a reason to dislike it either? 😂 The concept seems great, one capsule is super easy to take despite my hold-ups with pill swallowing. The smell is maybe the weirdest part as the pouch smells dank and funky like nutritional yeast or something. Hopefully that's normal, there is fermentation here after all! Can't say I experienced any clear results yet but rarely do I get that with vitamins anyway. Does appear to double up on the doses though so maybe only take every 2-3 days or once a week with a switch-up between other vitamins you have? B can build-up in your system FYI so just beware of overdoing it
