I would prefer fresh soya chaap rather than contanarized, if you have no option then you could buy but don't expect as a fresh one there would be a little foul smell.

Swaad Soya Chaap Sticks
Product was literally beyond expectations. The Soya chaap pieces were soft and didn't smelt bad also. If you like soya chaap , You should try this product atleast once without any hesitation.But , at the end as its made of refined flour..it's not that healthy to be consumed regularly.. STAY HEALTHY and EAT WISELY!
