Simple Mills Almond Flour Crackers, Fine Ground Sea Salt - Gluten Free, Vegan, Healthy Snacks, 4.25 Ounce (Pack of 3)

These would be great if they weren't so salty. I know this is the sea salt version, but these are inedible. I only see one other critical review that mentions this, at about the same time period, so maybe there's been a production glitch? It's too bad, because the flavor and texture are great (once I rubbed off as much salt as I could). UPDATE: Simple Mills reached out to me to get the lot numbers and sent me a replacment. And WOW these are great crackers. They're reminiscent of Wheat Thins, but without the wheat. The texture is crispy crunchy, the flavor is just a bit nutty, and the ingredient list is short and made up of simple, recognizable foodstuffs. As one of the other reviewers notes, the biggest problem is how addictive they are :)

I finished the first box in two days. I would have been faster but I really didn't want to eat all the calories in one sitting. These are by far the best tasting crackers available that fit into the Wheat Belly diet restrictions. I don't like the flavor of the typical flaxseed flour ones you make or buy elsewhere. These are as close to "real" crackers I have found in taste and they will go great with cheese. They are a bit flakey and more than half of the ones in the first box I opened were broken. This means I am unlikely to be able to serve them to guests but that is okay, I will probably devour them before we invite anyone over! I hope that the other boxes have less breakage and I will practice more constraint. By substituting almond flour, these are pretty low in carbs and taste better than the yucky paleo crackers I tried elsewhere. I highly recommend these if you eat according to the Wheat Belly, Paelo, or gluten-free diets. Otherwise, if you still eat the junk food, these do not quite compare.

Great taste , Great texture ( that’s a biggy for me) . And it doesn’t hurt that they’re healthy and vegan. These are the only crackers I will be eating for the rest of my life.

These are, hands down, the BEST CRACKERS, OF ANY TYPE, Brand or flavor; that I have ever eaten. I now have my daughters, a neighbor, nurses at the hospital and several friends, cussing me out on a regular basis, for getting them addicted to these. They have just a slight taste of onion and garlic and topped with an extra sharp or buttery Havarti?? Oh my goodness..I can easily go through a box in 2 days. Even my kitty steals them from me..although I think she wants the cheese more than the crackers…

When I buy this product from a store, it is delicious - it is a quality product. But ordering via Amazon is not working out so far - the delivered products are stale and taste weird. Product that arrived July 9th was expired as of May 31st, 2021. Could be a warehouse inventory management issue? They are expensive so to have them arrive with poor quality is discouraging. Also, sometimes they arrive well-packaged (even though they are stale) and other times they looked like they were drop-kicked to my door step. Not sure what the issue is but I doubt I will continue ordering this product online.
