Unfortunately not. Even when fully cured, no photopolymer resins are safe to use with food prep.

Q: It states it is water washable, but the packaging says 'after printing clean with 95% ethanol , so which is it?

Q: I reordered earlier this month but this batch does not print properly, every print fails. Do I have a faulty batch?

If you used EXACTLY the same temperatures and print model and ambient conditions, and several copies of the print failed, that suggests there might be a problem with the resin. But it does depend on what you term a 'fail'. If the prints fell off the print plate during printing, that might be a plate which is not clean. If you changed any of the print settings in the slicer, or if you updated the slicer without reinstating the settings you normally use, that might be the cause. If you used a different pattern of supports, that might be the trouble. In short, you need to eliminate all other causes before being sure the resin is 'bad'. I have used lots of ELEGOO resin, both water-washable and non-water-washable, and have never had a fail due to problems with the actual resin. Good luck with your tests.
