Brilliant wood chips. Normally wood chips are very small and fall through the grate of my Weber. Not these. The majority of the bag is made up of good size chunks, that mean you can really control the smoke levels on your BBQ. I struggle to find good quality wood chunks, so these are a perfect medium between chunks and regular chips. The flavour is great, and the burn is clean. Will definitely be buying more, and other woods.

Smokey Smokey, sweet and lovely! Will be buying more of these as they are just incredible chips. Recommend soaking as per instructions as they last absolutely ages when you do this. Smoked a joint of pork over 6 hours with the same lot of soaked chips!
