Got these for Mother’s Day years ago and they’ve held up kinda well. For a long time they were awesome and still are, but the bark on the edge has begun to come off. Not in great quantities though, and it took a long time. They looks very genuine, probably are real. If I remember correctly I got more than I thought I would, so keep an eye out for that. Great purchase

LOOKS NICE, BUT IS TROUBLESOME WITH MY GLASS WATER BOTTLE. MOISTURE CAUSES IT TO STICK WHEN I LIFT MY BOTTLE AND FALLS TO THE TABLE. NO BACKING SO IT SLIDES A BIT.

Okay, so there's pros about these and a few cons, however I will say that i stand strong in that fact that I was over all happy that i bought these. Pros: Real wood, looks great if you're going for that cabin in the woods look, texture feels great lime fresh cut from a tree in the mountains, absorbs cup sweat pretty well, smells woodsy but youd have to put it to your nose (does not have an overpowering pine smell), smooth on both sides, and it's a good size for most cups, beer stien even. Cons: The bark tends to fall off in places if banged around or picked at, even though both sides are smooth and from what i can tell it does not damage my antique wooden kitchen table I went ahead and applied some of those adhesive furniture soft pads under one side of the coasters just in case. One more con, the coasters that i got do not seem to be lacquered. So with all that said, over all I do really like these coasters and i enjoy the look and use of them.

What a surprise! These coasters are so much nicer than I expected. They are incredibly durable and wipe off with ease. Most importantly, they look terrific on my new table. I am one happy camper!

Pretty real wood coasters. Not absorbent at all, but I don't care cuz they look good.
