Club House, No Cook Freezer Jam Gelling Powder, 45g/1.6 oz., (Imported from Canada)

Wonderful freezer jam pectin powder. The instructions were easy to follow and the product worked! I made 3 batches of blueberry freezer jam and one batch of spicy blueberry/orange freezer jam. These jams taste like fresh fruit. Club House Gelling Powder requires 40% less sugar only 1.5 cups of sugar to 4 cups of fresh fruit. The texture is perfect. Thanks tons Club House. Highly recommended.

Very easy to make and jam was great!

I make jam year around from the fruits I froze earlier in season. Club house is the only product I use. It's easy and quick and the jam taste great. I don't put all the sugar suggested and it still turns out wonderfull. I've been using it for at least 10 years.

I am not a jam expert but these are super easy. And to me, it tastes the same as the strawberry spread from Dairy Queen!!!!
