Very pleasantly surprised by this compact vacuum cleaner. I own a different brand upright vacuum cleaner (which was much more expensive than the Hoover one) and a cordless one (similar price range) and none of them compare to this Hoover product in terms of performance! It very was easy to put together and you could tell it was a good quality product just by looking at and handling the parts. The parts slot together easily and snuggly making the vacuum feel robust but still lightweight. Nice, powerful suction across all surfaces. Cleaned hard wood kitchen floor in seconds and was surprised how much dust and cat hair got picked up from a living room rug that has been regularly vacuumed using other appliances! Long hose and cable mean I can plug it centrally and complete the whole clean without having to use different sockets around the house or carrying the hoover, which was very handy. Strong suction and easy turning made moving the Hoover smooth and being able to clean difficult-to-reach spaces. Emptying the bin and accessing the filter is very easy and can be done in seconds. The appliance is light and fairly compact though it would be very handy if it could be stored upright to save even more space. Think the two other vacuum cleaners might be getting evicted anyway!! Overall, I'm very pleased with it and would happily recommend it to others.

This is a little belter of a hoover for the price. Bought to replace an ailing ‘wreck it Ralph’ Henry - always thought it was possessed! This one has great suction, moves well, makes light work of our dogs hairs and very lightweight. You don’t get much in the way of tools - just one short crevice/brush tool and the main suction head which has no brush and relies on suction only - which is fine but I prefer a brush head for hard floors so bought one separately. Unlike Henry it manages to glide across both carpet and hard floors and goes through doorways! The bin holds loads and is very easy to take on and off to empty and take apart to clean. The cord could be a bit longer but other than that I’d Definitely recommend

I haven't had a good experience of hoover products before but decided to try this special pet vacuum. I am very happy woth this purchase. It sucks the dirt up efficiently and is very powerful. The different accessories are great for stubborn areas. If you have animals you will know you need alot of power to remove the hair. This vacuum cleaner does it with ease. It is nice and light and easy to empty. Not sure what the best way to store it is, ill probably keep it in the box in a cupboard. Would definitely reccomend this product, it works well, good value, nice design.

This vacuum cleaner come in handy all the time, I’ve been using it in my home for years and I don’t have a single complain about it. It serves me well.

Hands down the worst vacuum cleaner I’ve ever owned. Coming from a Miele to this to save a little money but the amount of time spent emptying and cleaning the filter because the thing couldn’t cope with vacuuming crumbs! An appliance that should make home chores easier has made them harder, until I threw it across the garden in anger, then went out and bought a Miele. This Hoover product is now where it belongs - in the recycling centre!

This Profuct is great for small or big houses alike. The Pros of this vacuum are It is a cabled vacuum so no need to waiting around for it to charge up or it dying mid usage the cable is long and has a button to retract when not in use. It has a long hose with another hose attachment A normal attachment this has a slide across so you can adjust from thick to thin and lino there is wheels but no rotation underneath so you're not having to unclog it from hair every 5 minutes which is amazing when you have lots of it like me. I spend more time unclogging my vacuum than cleaning which is frustrating It has another tool attachment for edging. The bin is really large that pops out easily and you push the button and opens easily and doesnt make much mess It's not going to open when your using which I've experienced previously which is frustrating whilst in the middle of use. There is a handle to pop up to carry it The suction is very strong and powerful and picks up everything so if there is anything you don't want to be sucked up make sure you pick it up. The pole extends out really long but still wouldn't be able to do a full set of stairs This really feels like there it gives a really good clean Cons My only con really is that this is heavy and cumbersome if you are disabled maybe older or struggle with vacuuming for long periods you might struggle with it like me. I will still be using this product but only do one room at a time for a normal person I can't see this being any issue though.

What seemed to be a promising start, ended in disappointment. The Hoover when first purchased had good suction power, excellent maneuverability, and was light enough to push and pull around the house. Unfortunately, as the weeks went by its suction power degraded drastically and its performance went downhill to an extent I had never witnessed before. I am not sure what the cause was, as the vacuum was cleaned, filters checked, pipes cleaned so I ended up having to return it. Shame.

A disappointing purchase, don't get me wrong the suction is good and it's lightweight but.... 1. The standard vacuum head is good for floor but kind of useless for carpet. 2. The pet hair cleaning head is very good, in fact I used it to clean the carpet but the catch is that it gets clogged up quickly with hairs, stuck around the brush cylinder and it is a pain to clean up. 3. The power cord doesn't wind back fully after 2nd use, so quite useless.
