MY COMMENTS APPLY TO INDUCTION STOVETOP COOKING: First, these are well made pans. They are very heavy aluminum with stainless bottoms (not solid stainless on the bottom but some kind of small pieces laminated in). The handles are excellent (some kind of faux wood plastic) and feel good in your hand (you have to install the handle with the free screwdriver included). I have one big complaint with these pans (I have the 9.5, 11 and 12.5"): they are VERY slow to heat and react on an induction stove top. Because they are such thick aluminum (especially compared to a normal stainless pan), it takes much longer to heat the pan and correspondently, to cool it when you turn the induction heat down. With my other pans, they get very hot within seconds when heat is applied (induction, that is) and when heat/induction is turned down, the react almost instantly. Not so these pans: to heat a small amount of water (as a test) and take up to a minute (when it might take half that or less with all stainless). Worse, instead of 1 or 2 seconds to cool when heat is removed, these pans "coast" for a long time as the thick aluminum cools. This means you will have to change some of your "usual" cooking techniques with these compared to other cookware you have. This might be a positive attribute for some cooking situations but buyers should be aware that these pans will behave quite differently when compared to traditional cookware on an induction top.

Ordered the smaller frying pan as purchased the larger one and was very pleased. Nothing sticks, cleans so easily and am extremely pleased. A quality product

Excellent nonstick pan, handle is large and fights securely in my hand, sturdy. I like it a lot.
