No real taste so swallowing is easy and comes in a nice quantity so value as well. I will continue to purchase this supplement for my own health benefit

I get two types of headaches. The first type is pain across the forehead with strips of pain at the back of my head. The second is a pressure headache where it feels like a balloon is being blown up inside my skull. Almost a month after taking them, I can't say I've noticed a difference yet, but I'll keep going and I have my fingers crossed for a positive result. There was an unpleasant smell from the pot when first opened, but as long as I kept my nose away, I couldn't smell it on individual capsules. Luckily, there's absolutely no taste to them and I found them easy enough to swallow with a drink. My urine has changed colour to a bright yellow, but I'm not concerned about that.

Was advised to take them to prevent migranes. Was taking them for almost 6 months. Sadly gave me stomach ache

EXCELLENT! LOVE THAT THESE ARE ACTUALLY 400mg Per EACH capsule. * (Beware: most others say they are 400mg but the are actually only 100mg per capsule so you end up having to take 4 pills to equal just ONE of these!!!) *

Not a fan of the child-proof cap either. Huge pills. And I have no idea if they are really making me healthier.

This is the best price I've come by for 400mg pills of B2. And the quality seems to not be affected. I've been taking this dosage daily for migraine prevention for well over a year now and have gotten really used to these types of capsules. They are a bright orange-yellow because of turmeric, which is naturally this color and naturally rich in B2, so don't be afraid of the color! Since these pills float, I've found it easiest to take them with a healthy amount of water, and instead of tilting my head back to swallow, I keep my head in its normal position and let the pill float to the back of my throat. Makes it super easy to swallow. I hope this helps!
