I've been using Bala Hydration Mix for a while now, and I'm really impressed! I love the variety pack because I get to try the different flavors. these are spendier than other hydration options, but they also have tumeric in them. that makes them good for joints, but with an enhanced ability to stain things yellow. they also require more effort than others to mix well, but nothing too crazy. a frother works good. taste is pretty good too. usually not a fan of the lemon/lime flavors but all the flavors in the variety pack are tasty.

We took these on the Camino del Norte and they were a huge asset in a small package. There were days when we walked over 15 miles and had multiple 1000ft mountains to climb. On those days, taking an electrolyte break was essential to completing the journey. We would fill a collapsible bottle from our water bladder and add the powder and share it between the two of us. It was like having a second (and some days third) wind in a little packet of powder. The taste is great and there is no sugar high or crash. All three flavors we got were pretty much the same, but I think the turmeric and papaya just overwhelm any added flavor. We did learn to be cautious with it because does leave a bright yellow stain on anything it touches. The stain will wash out, but it is quite visible until you do so.

Surprisingly good strong taste, I use less than recommended. It does stain your fingers, countertop if spills. Thankfully washes off if done immediately. Believe it is the natural turmeric. Overall like it so far.

I read through so many of these and the one I tried, this one, was still a let down. Overall a clean drink, I just do not like the silicon dioxide. I cannot return item. This would be a good product for me if it didn’t have the silicon though. Maybe they will update formula to a cleaner gentler formula friendly long term to the gut microbiome.

This is a very practical product, easy to use daily when you travel for work. Helps me to recover after working out, and also supports my immune system. Is plant based and has enzymes that supports my digestive system as well. The turmeric addition is amazing and great to reduce inflammation. The flavor is very strong so ADD extra water if you don’t like it that sour or strong.
