A Good Source of Fiber
I bought this product because I read about it online and I loved that it was low carb, high in fiber and versatile. Because it is tasteless it can absorb the taste of any seasoning that is added. I am still getting used to the texture which is chewy, but it is a great product if you want low carb to facilitate weight loss, and looking for a high fiber miracle food. So, try something new that has raving reviews.

No carbohydrates.
I follow a Keto diet and the only 2 things I miss is bread and pasta. When I found the Konjac noodles my whole life changed. LOL I love these noodles I tried a few different brands and these are the best value and taste. I have s subscription, so my noodles are always delivered on time. Packaging is great. Noodles have never arrived damaged.

Great when you can adapt to the slightly different consistency and taste
The Fusion Select 4 Variety Packs of Organic Konjac Noodles present a diverse and health-conscious alternative to traditional pasta. Offering Angel Hair, Spaghetti, Rice, and Knots, this assortment caters to various culinary preferences while adhering to multiple dietary lifestyles. I rate this product a solid four stars for its innovative approach to creating a plant-based substitute that aligns with vegan, keto, paleo-friendly, and gluten-free diets. The standout feature is the use of Konjac, a low-calorie, high-fiber root vegetable. These noodles not only contribute to a feeling of fullness but also align with weight management goals. The versatility of the four different noodle types ensures a range of options for different dishes, allowing for creative and satisfying meal choices. The preparation is straightforward, and the noodles absorb the flavors of accompanying sauces exceptionally well. The texture may differ slightly from traditional pasta, but the slight chewiness adds a pleasant element to the overall dining experience. One notable advantage is the low-carb content, making it an excellent choice for those monitoring their carbohydrate intake. However, it's essential to follow the recommended cooking instructions to achieve the desired consistency. In conclusion, Fusion Select's Organic Konjac Noodles Variety Packs offer a nutritious, plant-based, and diverse alternative to conventional pasta. With a commitment to catering to various dietary needs, these noodles earn a well-deserved four-star rating for their health-conscious approach and culinary flexibility.

Inexpensive But Still Not Worth It
Perhaps the company's name should have given me a clue, because these Fusion Select Angel Hair noodles came out of the package absolutely fused together. It took some effort to pull the noodles apart; first into small clumps, and then untangle the small clumps. It was a bit of a struggle. To be honest, I never did get them all separated after rinsing, because I tasted one, which I always do regardless of which brand I use. What they taste like gives me an idea of how to treat them in the cooking process. These didn't have any noticeable taste, but the texture was hard and wiry. I literally could not chew them, got some stuck between my teeth then dumped the two opened, as well as the two unopened, pouches in the trash. If you do try it, understand that this Angel Hair is about half the width, possibly less depending on which end of the strand you look at, of typical Angel Hair pasta . You'll need to use a wire mesh strainer/sieve as shown in one of my pictures, not a pasta colander with larger holes. I've tried several different brands of Konjac noodles and, while they differ in some small ways from one another, there are a few things that are constants. The noodles all feel soft, even slimy, coming out of the package. While rinsing, they can be easily "fluffed" between my fingers. They all have a soft, chewy bite that can be dealt with in the way they're cooked. None of them, however, had a wiry texture that I can only describe as somewhere between a very worn out Brillo pad and a hummingbird's nest. Visually, I can only say that I'm happy they weren't moving. Maybe my experience was a one-off, something wrong with my packages. Maybe the other products offered by Fusion Select aren't as repulsive. I'll never know and will just write this one off as "You Get What You Pay For". I've also included a picture of the Best By date (August 31, 2023 - I opened the package on March 24,2023) and lot number (22060411) in the event that the distributor, Ace Solutions Holdings Inc, sees this because there is absolutely no contact information or web site shown on the box.

tasts really off putting
I was hoping these would be a good low-carb pasta alternative, but the texture and taste just weren’t for me. While they might work for someone focused strictly on keto or calorie-cutting, I couldn’t get past the strange consistency. Not something I’d buy again.

Very good
Does it tastes like spaghetti? Nope, it doesn’t really have a flavor, which makes it very versatile when you are cooking. I’ve heard complaints about the fish smell and flavor in konjac noodles and similar, but with the particular brand I haven’t had that problem at all. Really easy to cook and eat. It smells and tastes like nothing and it’s ready to eat. I cooked chow mein, spaghetti and rice with it with no issue whatsoever. It’s a great low calories option if you don’t mind the slightly different texture (I mean, if I save 100-200 calories per meal and still get full I don’t really mind that). It’s a little bit pricey compared to regular pasta and noodles, but my health worth it, so if you can afford it give it a try.
