Very poor product quality and disappointing experience. I ordered a deep freezer door priced at ₹399, but the item I received was already cracked. After raising a replacement request, the replaced item also arrived with the same issue — it was again cracked. This clearly shows a lack of proper quality checking before shipping. Finally, I had no option but to return the product. Additionally, the door is made of single-thickness material, which feels very weak and cheap. In the local market, the original double-thickness door is available for around ₹300, which is much stronger and better in quality. Paying more for such a poor product is completely unreasonable. Overall, this was a very disappointing purchase due to poor quality, damaged items, and bad value for money. I would not recommend this product to others.

It fits the samsung single door fridge unit very well. It’s a bit lower quality than original but still good to go if the original one is broken. But nevertheless it’s good price than other vendors

The product is not useful because its lock side is totally open. It does not fully cover the freezer. I intended to return it, but I accidentally disposed of the package and price tag, so I was unable to send it back.
