The cups arrived quickly but one of the lids was chipped and half of the cleaning kits were missing

So far so good. I found the info to be misleading as it infers each tumbler comes with it's own lid, straw, straw cleaner and tumbler cleaner but you DO NOT get a straw cleaner and tumbler cleaner per tumbler. I order 31 of these as gifts and only received half as many straw and tumbler cleaners. Very disappointing and the seller had no real fix for it. So I had to order more straw cleaners as I at least wanted each gift recipient to have their own. Other than that they seem like a nice product.

But it can change a person's perspective when you are working out and re-hydrating with water poured in it. Or your favorite electrolyte beverage! This leopard-skin themed mug brings out the animal in me! Now, depending on what beverage you pour into it, you may need to give it a thorough rinse when it goes empty because it has a bit of a tendency to collect smells from whatever you poured into it. And when refilling, it is a little ponderous to lift off the lid. Be sure to keep the drinking spout open before putting the lid back on for if it's filled high enough the countertop could get splashed with liquid if the mouthpiece is closed. But the lid has a nice, tight seal around the brim!

The straws and cleaner don’t come with the cup!

The top ni longer stays on securely. If I don't hold the top while drinking, contents will dribble out.

Highly recommend tumblers. Well packaged for safe arrival in transit. Sturdy components and nice finish. Buy with confidence! I plan to order more.

Me gusto la calidad de los vasos todo me parece muy bueno, la pintura, las tapas me parecen cómodas y en cuestión de conservar las bebidas frías si cumple, y en conservar lo caliente dura buen rato mi café caliente, y me agrado que incluyan popotes y cepillo y esponja limpiadora me pareció muy conveniente,El único detalle que encontré fue en uno de los dos vasos,El fondo del vaso está mal ensambladoY causa una ligera desviación del vaso, lo pueden corroborar en las imágenes que adjunte,de ahí en fuera todo lo demás me pareció de muy buena calidad y buen precio.como sugerencia, es necesario que el Vendedor Encargado de la Marca revise muy bien el producto antes de enviarlo.
