Personally I usually take organic oregano oil capsules at this time of year as I find that they are extremely effective, however when I saw thyme capsules I decided to try them. As an holistic practitioner I personally use a lot of natural remedies and find them more beneficial in treating the cause not the symptoms. These capsules look to be the dried ground thyme herb, The ingredients are listed as organic thyme leaf and vegetable capsule. On opening I was expecting the smell of thyme but I was very surprised to find it wasn't there in a strong manner, there was a delicate hint of thyme however. I do like the organic aspect of these capsules, and the fact there is no filler or binder in them. They are made in the UK, and the best before date on the packet I received is 04/08/2027 so a very decent shelf life if unopened. The capsules are average size, fairly easy to take if you are used to taking to capsules, and I personally always take capsules after eating.

It may be £22.99, but I really like that it's certified by the Soil Association and made in the UK, so you know it's been through the proper checks and you can trust it, which makes it worth the price in my opinion.
