I recently tried the 2 lb organic black sesame seeds and I'm actually quite happy with them. I bought them to experiment with some new recipes and I have noticed that they have an interesting flavor, a little stronger than the white ones, but nothing that cannot be adapted. One day, I made hummus with these seeds and the truth is that it gave it a special touch that I had not tried before. Although they are not the cheapest on the market, I think the quality and the fact that they are lab-tested give them a good value.
