Often, we don't know what is actually helping. Is it something else, a combination or psychosomatic? I have many areas of discomfort but not yet tried. I have gifted many people and there is no question that these Mugwort Ginger Patches offer back, arm and shoulder pain relief. Five of the people are licensed massage therapists. One of the therapists visits an Acupuncture doctor twice year and yet the patch offers added pain relief. They are as simple as applying a band aid. they stay on and I personally find the scent pleasant. Have checked with other people. They get relief from Neck, shoulder, different areas of the back, knees and butt muscles.
