Does it REALLY work?
The jury os still out. I don't feel as if I've experienced any miracles, but I'm a bit of an extreme case. I've had a mastectomy, then a hysterectomy and oophorectomy so I basically have NO estrogen in my body. The result? Vaginal atrophy. I was hoping these pills would replace the topical creams I've used to some effect but find pretty gross. I can't do HRT because I had cancer. I was disappointed that it says right in the directions on the bottle that for best results this should be taken in conjunction with the vaginal inserts made by the same company. That was exactly what I was trying to avoid. I have been taking the pills for a few weeks now and have not been using the vaginal inserts. I wouldn't say that the vaginal atrophy has gotten any better but I do feel like there's more moisture to be found.

I have been using these for a little over a month and I can't tell anything yet. I don't know how long it takes but it shouldn't have to take months to make this work.

These seem to be working for me.
As a menopausal woman, I decided to try this supplement based on my own health concerns and I am pleasantly surprised they are working for me. I had no idea prior to this that there were OTC oral supplements to address the very personal issues of dryness and such. In many ways I think I even prefer these to topical or suppository forms, because it hasn't disrupted my microbiome or triggered any kind of yeast imbalance for me. I would recommend this supplement to women who are in a similar time in their life as I am, with similar issues as I am experiencing.
