These scissors are great. They’re extremely comfortable to hold and cut with ease. For the price, they’re very good.

It was ok for quality but I required something special.

These scissors are very well designed as one side can be removed for sharpening. The side does not come off accidentally. They are comfortable and do a good job even on tough plastic. I have had other kitchen scissors previously and they have been blunt in no time whereas these Japanese scissors are much stronger , sharper and last a long time before requiring sharpening

These cut fine at the moment, little dissapointed I thought the handles were metal turns out they were plastic. Not sure if these will turn out to be worth the money in the long run but only time will tell will update my review in 6 months to see if the have stood the test of time.

I already have a pair of detachable scissors which I find difficult to put back together. These are easy to put back together! I use them to cut open sachets of cat food and they need washing frequently so it’s nice to be able to take them apart, wash them and put them together again easily.

Finally a proper set of scissors, not the cheapest but probably the best. Your worth it.

I own many knives and shears. I absolutely love sharpening using different grits of stones. These shears are unbelievable. From their slightly serrated edges to their light weight, they cut through rubbery skin as well as most medium size bones. They are a joy when working on lobster and Dungeness crabs. They are also easy to take apart and clean. Lastly, they just look great hanging with my Maglio MagnaCut handmade kitchen knives.
