This deck got my wife to like playing magic. Pretty good right out the box and lots of upgrade option

Gave to my son as a gift. He said it was a powerful deck! He love it! Worth the purchase….

Iixed it with the duskmourn precon to make really good deck, but it's really good on its own out of the box too. Better than the duskmourn red/black i'd say and around 1/3 the price. Really satisfied with it and I never much liked red until now.

Fun deck and in good condition

This is an awesome starter deck. It has a ton of lands and is true to its name, Chaos Destruction. The only recommendation I have is to switch out the commander they have picked for you with Kaervek the Merciless. Kaervek costs more but is worth getting him out because whenever an opponent casts a spell, Kaervek does damage equal to that spell’s mana value to any target. This card is also included with this commander deck. Do this and your deck will play a lot better. Oh and one more time, this deck is true to its name and you will most likely be the threat at the table having fun with this precon.

Good price for magic, sucks that he's not a winning deck more of make everyone else fight

These decks are meant to be an introduction to the Commander format for new players and they serve their purpose well. With a variety of cards, mostly reprints from various editions of Magic: The Gathering, as well as fun Commanders that help teach the game but are also competitive when upgraded, these decks are a fun buy. But added to that, the combined value of JUST the cards in this deck that are worth over 1 USD is more than twice the cost of the deck! This is true for all of the Starter decks, to a greater or lesser degree. All of them are worth more than you pay for them if you consider the prices of the cards as of the time of this post. And that isn't counting the many cards that aren't worth a dollar but just add to your collection as a new player. I rate this product a great gift for new players, and a good buy for any Magic Commander player who wants a little value for their money and likes the look of the decklists (you can Google for a full list of the cards in each one)
