If you are not happy about our product or service, we offer a 30-day return on all LADUORA products for a full refund, no strings attached, or a restocking fee. At the same time, we provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty on LADUORA products. We warrants all LADUORA devices that cover replacement & repairs due to malfunctions & manufacturing defects under normal use for one year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user/purchaser. It does not cover wear & tear, theft, or accidental damage. Hope this information helps!

Q: does this product help with acne?

Hi! The Velve features red light therapy which helps promote healing and diminish the appearance of acne scarring. However, the blue light therapy is the most common and clinically-proven method to treat acne & kill acne-causing bacteria.
