Barley grass is one of my favorite greens. It is packed with vitamins and minerals. I use it for its anti inflammatory power, to keep my cholesterol in check and keep my blood sugar regulated. In addition to some of the health benefits it is so easy to use. I just put it in my protein shake every morning. It has a sweet taste and mixes easily. I use it once a day normally in the morning and I know I have gotten all my greens for the day. I have used this product for years and will continue to do so.

Yesterday I did one serving, today two servings. A 2.2 lb bag should last me quite awhile. Glad it dissolves quickly, tastes good, and works very fast for my digestion. No complains for the product but the bag seal fails! Many companies use this sort of seal and most fail from the get-go. Glad I have a potato chip bag clip!

I did feel an increase in energy however I finally know what my yard tastes like in liquid form. One after effect is questionable but I guess that is a something you have to decide for yourself. Try it, if you don't like it send it to me.

Excellent product. Flavor took me a couple days to get used, but I actually am starting to like it. Mixes very well.

Not happy with the product. Did not see any benefits from the product.

Got this to go with my PEA supplement. Ended up really liking it to add to smoothies as a thickener.

Good tasting! Minus a star because it doesn't include a scoop and more importantly, the zipper doesn't work!
