Much needed

I walk A LOT and I do the X3BAR workout, this has been amazing for my 55 year old knees.

I felt that it was a good choice to order this brand because I have been taking two 1000 mg tablets during the day and during the evening. I decided to cut back mainly because of price so this helps me out.

I ordered L-Lysine & Glucosamine at the same time recently. I hate that both supplement capsules look exactly the same with no markings to identify one from the other. No history yet on effectiveness.
