My RV awning was pulling away from the wall surface because the screws were installed into the thin fiberglass siding. I came across a YouTube video of a gentleman that was having the same problem. This man found these rivets and reattached his awning and worked perfectly. I used these rivets for the same issue and it solved my problem too! I gave it three stars for the ease of use because you need to know how to properly use a power drill and rivet gun.

I have never bought these before so I don't know if these are a good price but I could not find them at local hardware stores and these came super fast. I bought them for mounting things to the inside walls of my fifth wheel camper. Camper walls are made with very thin, maybe 1/8", plywood so you can't really screw anything into it and expect it to hold. Most traditional anchors will not work with this either because its just too thin. With these folding rivets I am able to drill a small pilot hole in the wall and pop this rivet to create a very strong backing on the inside of the wall. They also leave a very clean look. I wasn't scare to use them in my humid bathroom because they are made of aluminum.

I used these to rebuild a broken PVC fence gate, and they performed excellently while matching the factory look of the segment that hadn't been damaged. Strong joints and smooth compression without overstressing the soft plastic ... in other words, ideal for this application!

Ok these work but wow, when they say large heads they mean large heads. I ended up using a smaller head rivet for my application but these seemed to work find as a large head rivet.

Great when you need a little extra strength but cant get to the back to install washers. Many colors if thats your bag... Worked perfectly installing a water heater in my motorhome. Sure they will come in handy with other applications.

I used these to install a slide cover on my RV and they worked great. Screws could find enough to bite into, these expanded on the back of the wood and held the cover nice and secure.

I wish I would have found these years ago. Have been using them for trim and cover pieces etc on my race car, they work great and seem to hold really strong
