I bought this sofa as it looked exactly what i wanted in a sofa. Upon delivery it was a simple setup. The technology and features are the best you could ever wish for. The actual sofa and chair is one purchase i will never regret buying. The leather quality is second to none. Customer service is also amazing u message them and you actually get to speak to someone instantly. I had an issue when my insane dog decided to chomp up the power cables and i had replacement ones 2 days later thanks to an excellent customer service dept.

They came in quicker than expected and the packaging was exceptional. When you unbox them they are wrapped and packed to prevent any damage. They were in 4 pieces, and we were able to move them into the house with no issue. Removing the old couch was ten times more difficult. They were a breeze to put together, took maybe 10 minutes with the ratcheting system and connectors that the backs fit into. The wiring is clearly labeled so you can't mess it up. I waited a few days to make sure there was no issue and they work perfectly. I was skeptical about ording a couch on line but Elunevision proved that wrong. I won't hesitate to get a matching couch from this seller. The chairs are top notch in all ways. They not only are gorgeous, but extremely comfortable. I like the extra space the XL gives. The controls allow you to adjust to your specific needs in recline, head and lumbar support. Once in position there is no wiggle, feels solid, which is great. I love the arm storage, not only is it spacious but convienent. When sitting down with the cats, it is nice to have everthing within reach. We also looked around at the pricing and you can't find anything that comes close to the price and get the high end quality. If you are thinking of a high quality couch at a great price from a seller that I definitely trust, this is the one. I will try to put on some pics as well.

I didn't want to make such a big purchase without sitting on them first but I've had them on my list for over a year, read all the reviews and decided to gather my faith and place the order. Three large boxes arrived by truck with a lift gate. I got them in the house and unpacked the first chair and assembled the back with the base which is really all that needs to be assembled. I was doing this alone and struggled a bit trying to get the back aligned with the brackets it slides on but with a second person it would be a breeze. After the backs of all three modules were in place, I connected the modules together which involved aligning the pegs with the ratcheting clamps that hold them together. Assembly was very simple. These chairs are extremely comfortable! The leather quality is good, the firmness is great it is nice and firm but not hard and feels like it will last a long time. The power recline, lumbar and headrest operate quickly and smoothly. I would recommend these chairs to anyone looking for a comfortable loveseat/recliner that are great for a home theater or the living room.

I can’t say enough about this set. The leather is the best leather I have seen so far. We have had a few leather sets, but none hold a candle to this leather. The features are awesome, especially the lumbar feature. The lights are pretty cool!! Evening ambiance!! Dealing with this company has been excellent. They kept in contact through the whole process. Fella named Peter and a lady named Anoosh. Very pleasant people. Dont even think twice to buy. You will be completely satisfied and impressed with the service.

I have never actually done a review on any product before, but I felt I needed to do a review on this. This couch was definitely a good buy, I was hesitant to buy something like this online without being able to sit in it first, and it honestly sat on one of my lists for a few months before I pulled the trigger and bought it. I’ll admit I wasn’t very happy with the shipping company they used. They called the day before and asked me to pick a time slot from 3 different 3 hour time slots, I chose 2-5 so I didn’t have to miss half a day of work. Luckily my wife was home when they arrived at 12:30 or I would have had to reschedule and miss more work. However, they did drop all 3 boxes off in my garage, which was nice and outside of what was required of them, but, it was the least they could do after coming so early. This is outside of Valencia’s control so I can’t be upset with them. When I arrived home from work to bring the boxes inside, I quickly realized that only the middle seat box was going to make it through my door so I had to unbox them in my garage. The seats were all packaged very well, the backs laid flat across the chair, the boxes were not cheap and flimsy, everything was packed nice and tight, no loose pieces flopping around. It actually took longer to unbox each seat than it did to bring them all in the house and put them together (Each seat comes with an instruction manual that’s next to useless, but each box had a QR code to scan which takes you to a must watch video that makes assembly a breeze). It took 40 minutes to unbox it all and to bring inside, 10 minutes to put it together. The couch itself is overall comfortable, my wife loves it, but it’s a little firm for my liking, I like to sink into a couch. However, it’s still only 4 days old at the time of writing this review and I’m hopeful that a month or 2 will break it in a bit and it will become more comfortable. I do however, really like the fact that it has adjustable lumbar support, I must have missed that in the product description, I have some back issues and that adjustable lumbar support is a game changer. One thing to note, though, is the trays tables you see in the pictures are not included, but rather, a separate purchase. I was a little disappointed by that but that’s on me for assuming they were included. All-in-all, this was a great purchase, it’s clear the moment you touch and examine the material that Valencia makes very high quality product at an affordable rate. Definitely made my wife happy, I’ll update in a month or so and let you know if it breaks in enough for my picky self.

This is furniture of very high quality. It's wrapped in genuine leather that is soft and warm to the touch, not cool and slippery like the "pleather" found on cheaper products. It's also easy to assemble; just a few electrical plugs connect the back sections with their bases; the backs slide and lock into arms with no screws required. There's even a 3-outlet strip built into the center unit for powering up its neighbors. Two warnings: The lower sections are quite heavy. I recommend using a blanket-lined hand truck (and NOT a furniture dolly) to bring them into the location one at a time, and definitely if they are going up any stairs (as in my case). Getting the pieces inside is a two-person job. The second warning is about connecting the sections together. I saw among the Q&A that the 3-piece unit is NOT good to lay across, which I was disappointed to read; I was hoping to use it that way sometimes. HOWEVER, I found the unit to be quite comfortable when laying down as long as the sections are NOT pushed together too tightly. If the unit is equipped with flip-out jaws on one side that mate with triangular posts on the adjoining side (as mine is), then connect the sections together ONLY ENOUGH to lock them to each other (perhaps one or two clicks). This keeps the edges of the adjoining sections from rising up when pushed too close together, eliminating the two uncomfortable "bumps" between each of the three sections. I am totally satisfied with my purchase, and that I can use it in ALL the ways I need. Thank you Valencia!
