Great modern cooker hood
Pretty easy and straightforward to fit. Very easy to operate. Very quiet when operating.We were a bit dubious about swapping our older extractor hood for this newer design but we are so pleased we did as it has more speed selections; is far quieter and sits back further between the wall cupboards so there is no chance of banging my head against it!!Looks far better than our older style. One of the best upgrades we've made to our kitchen.

Cheap and noisy
Nice looking unit but rattles and is way too noisy.... it looks the part but sounds like a budget item

Poor service and kitchen product unsuitable for daily use
Four months ago, I lodged a complaint with the seller regarding the product, but there has been minimal response to my messages. Concerning the product, I addressed the issue regarding the hood, which is allowing particles to accumulate on the glass and outer frame, detracting from the aesthetics of the kitchen. Despite inspecting the filter, which appears to be clean, I suspect that the issue may stem from its low density, allowing particles to pass through effortlessly. Don't waste time and money on this product and seller.
