Careboda Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager with Soothing Heat- This massager is terrific. It's cleverly made and constructed with solid fabrics that look like they'll last for a long time, especially the net fabric over the rotating massage balls. It gives a firm massage, has easily adjustable speeds and the On/Off heat element is good, too. The massager shuts itself off after 20 minutes, which I appreciate. I like that it plugs into the wall for power, rather than having a rechargeable battery. I looked at other back massagers, and this one is designed well with the arm loops that hold it in place against your back and neck, so it won't 'crawl away'. It stays put and does a great job of massaging. Even if this massager only lasted a year, it would still be a good value at the cost. Of course, I hope it works for many years, but it's doing the job right now!

okay sooo i just tried it yesterday i was so excited to get it i waited for my amazon driver to arrive lol anyways i got the package and immediately tired it and oh my lawddd it is the greatest thing i ever purchased let me tell u my knotted ass shoulders and neck pain went away after using it for a few hours !! i’m in shock and my husband absolutely loves it also ! he won’t stop using it . amazing quality, amazing pressure shockingly ! and the heating feels fireee chefs kiss ! GET THIS WHILE U CAN ! NO REGRETS AT ALL I LOVE THIS MASSAGER and i’m not one to write reviews lol i can care less but i had to share my experience for the one time

I have degenerative disc disease and dystonia. Dystonia is characterized by rigid, spastic muscles. There are a few deep spots this massager doesn’t get, but it definitely helps, in between chiropractic appointments. I can’t afford as many adjustments and massages as I want. This helps fill in the gaps, during those waiting periods. My chiropractor has asked me to use it the day before my appointment, because he is able to adjust my neck, shoulders and trapezius area much more effectively after I use it. The best thing about it is that it doesn’t break easily, like every other massager like it, that I’ve tried. I am careful with it and it hasn’t conked out. I’ve had it a while and use it a lot, sometimes 3 cycles in a row. I can only get one speed to work, but the other buttons can make it a more effective massage. I believe 2 speeds used to work. I don’t mind, because I always use the higher speed and that’s what still works. It doesn’t have the long finger things my favorite massager ever had, but it also doesn’t break every 2-8 weeks, and need to be replaced.

I had a different massager and couldn't get it on my neck like I needed it. I decided to try this. It is much easier to fit against your neck, although a bit heavy. You can increase the pressure with your arms, but beware of doing that at first. It is a very deep massage on thinner neck muscles. I recommend starting slowly with less time, so your muscles don't get really sore. Even starting at half the time, using it the next day was a challenge from sore muscles. (I obviously really needed it from computer work etc.) However, in just a few days, I can feel a difference in the tension in those muscles. I was even able to put it further down to work the back upper shoulder muscles that also get knotted up from neck tension. It may take a while to get my muscles used to it completely, but so far, it has helped.

Gives a really good feeling strong massage. A little tricky to keep correctly positioned, especially on your back, but when you get it positioned right it does a great job - especially like the automatic rotation change. It does provide some heat, but not very strong heat. Not sure why a rating for battery life was requested, it has no batteries - must be plugged in to operate, but does come with a 12 volt car type adapter.

In a single day of use this has improved my quality of life. Three years ago, I had a serious injury to my upper back, neck, and right shoulder; I was left immobile until a full year of treatment including physical therapy. While I'm very grateful for basic movement, the constant pain and weakness has left me in a state of rather poor quality in functioning in day to day life. I'm far from cured, but I have to make clear that this device has provided me relief I was missing for a very long time, sufficient enough to give me hope. I will state, however, that I live with PTSD and very against human touch for which I have avoided massage therapy. It was challenging to remind myself that this was a machine and it took me a while to accept it, so please be aware of the sensation if you have similar struggles, but, if you don't, then feel assured, that this is very remenescent of human touch and you can obtain that experience in the privacy of your home without the cost and other inconveniences. I am enthralled with this product and so grateful. Thank you. I can finally lift my arm long enough to type this out.

Worked great for a while and then the plug broke off into the port, so you can not turn it on now

I hurt my neck so bad my arm was numb to my wrist and down my back to my waist. I ordered this after a few days of relentless pain and it came the next day. I used it 4 times the first day. It hurt really bad because the muscles were so tight but I could tell it was doing a good deep massage. I noticed after the first use that the muscles were not as tight. The next day things were loosening up enough that I could turn my neck. One particularly wonderful thing is with the arm straps, u can position it all around your neck & shoulders easily without stressing out the part that is in pain. I have one of those hand held massagers but can't reach anywhere on my neck to use it when I'm in that much pain. I have shown it to several people and they r all ordering one. And the price is so reasonable for what it does! Win win.
