Not keeping warm
The flask was working fine , holding the water warm for hours. But since the last week , it is not. It worked only for 4 months. This is not expected from a branded product. Very disappointed. Dont even know if its genuine product.

I recently purchased the Borosil Stainless Steel Hydra Trek Vacuum Insulated Flask Water Bottle, and I have found it to be a reliable companion for staying hydrated while on the move. Its 500 ML capacity is perfect for my daily hydration needs, whether I'm at work, in the gym, or exploring the outdoors. Overall, I am pleased with this product and would rate it 4 stars. One of the standout features of this water bottle is its vacuum insulation. It keeps my drinks cold for a remarkably long time, allowing me to enjoy refreshing sips even after hours of being outdoors. On hot summer days, this flask has truly been a lifesaver, as it maintains the desired temperature of my beverages exceptionally well. The stainless steel construction of the Borosil Hydra Trek exudes durability and sturdiness. I appreciate its robust build, as it has survived a few accidental drops without any significant dents or scratches. The flask feels solid in hand and has a quality feel to it, instilling confidence in its ability to withstand everyday use. However, one downside of this water bottle is the difficulty I've encountered when cleaning it thoroughly. Due to its narrow mouth and the intricate design of the lid, it can be a bit challenging to access every nook and cranny during the cleaning process. I highly recommend investing in a bottle brush or using a cleaning solution specifically designed for narrow-mouthed containers to ensure optimal cleanliness. Despite this minor inconvenience, the performance of the flask itself remains unaffected. In terms of aesthetics, the Borosil Hydra Trek has a sleek and minimalist design, which I find quite appealing. The matte finish gives it a modern look, and the size is just right for fitting into most standard cup holders and backpack pockets. The lid is secure and leak-proof, preventing any unfortunate spills during transportation. Overall, the Borosil Stainless Steel Hydra Trek Vacuum Insulated Flask Water Bottle is a reliable and durable hydration solution. Its excellent insulation properties and solid construction make it a worthwhile purchase. The only area for improvement lies in the ease of cleaning, which requires some extra effort. Nonetheless, this minor inconvenience does not overshadow the overall performance of the flask. If you're in need of a sturdy, long-lasting water bottle for your daily adventures, this option is definitely worth considering.

Worked well for 1and 1/2 year.(purchased in feb2023) But now within 1/ 2 hour iot water comes to normal room temperature

Excellent build, but poor design. The steel cap gets quite hot and loses a lot of heat from the exposed steel top. After 4-5 hours boiling hot water is barely hot. Likely to perform worse in winter.
