Not what i was expecting
Was my birthday so decided to treat myself and may i say what a bad choice i made. After paying £38 total was expecting this amazing steak tender full of flavour and none of that happen. Its was tough and the flavour no different from an Aldi steak to be fare Aldi tastes better. So contacted the seller explained the situation and the answer was strange that was tough and maybe i didn’t cooked to the right temperature. So my advice dont waste your money on this.

ITS WAGYU!!!
People are forgetting what this is for! This isn't a steak to enjoy as a thick cut. It's made for Japanese tiny, thin slices. Research before you choose your cut!
