I wasn't a fan of the texture when I first tried this primer, but now I'm sold. It dries down/absorbs quickly and provides a smooth base for my foundation. This extends the life of my makeup for an entire workday (about 9.5 hours). I don't have much time for touch-ups, but with this Catrice primer, I don't need to worry. The scent is light and fades quickly. I didn't find it particularly hydrating, but my skin is typically drier in the winter anyway. This doesn't cause any irritation or dryness.

Catrice Fresh It Up Primer was my favorite. Disappointed that it’s discontinued. Decided to try this new one. Bummed that it has a lot of fragrance and the texture is different and more tacky. The Fresh It Up formula absorbed into my skin better and had no fragrance. Bonus plus was the price. Probably won’t buy this new formula again.

Chose this for older dry skin to help smooth make up over fine lines. Found it sticking and causing illustration of more lines where don’t have them ! Not used again.

it's okay for my dry skin

Excellent product! It's not greasy or sticky and creates a perfect base for makeup. As someone with very sensitive skin, I'm thrilled it caused absolutely no irritation.
