Honest Review for Blue/Green Color Correction
I initially followed the package insert directions. My first use got 90% of the color out. I waited a day, and decided to do it again. This time I didn’t set a timer, and the product sat on my hair for roughly 30-35ish minutes (package insert says 20 minutes). This removed the remaining color. The product gives you up to four uses if needed. I was able to completely color correct with only two uses. The ONLY negative is the fumes. They are STRONG… like eye burning strong. I had to open the window and it was still rough. But I’d happily buy this again since it did the job it’s intended for.

Noxious odor blinded and made it difficult to breathe.
I don't really know if I can attest to the effectiveness of this product due to the fact I had to remove it within minutes of application. The accrid smell is so noxious that it triggered my asthma. I very literally couldn't breathe and my eyes burned like I had just been doused in pepper spray. I have NEVER used a pigment stripping kit that has caused me to be both blind and unable to breathe just from smell alone. Of course I had to remove the product as quickly as possible and hold my arms above my head breathing as deeply as I could after it was washed out, as I dont typically keep my inhaler in the bathroom with me, and my eyes were still blurry and watering profusely. Can't say I recommend this product to anyone solely because of my own biases from this experience. Absolutely will not buy this again. If you wish to try your luck, I wish you a less egregious experience.

My favorite color remover for semi permanents
The only color remover I'll use for semi permanent colors. My hair is compromised already bc it's been bleached. I've used this color remover 3 times now (with dark purple, pink, and red) and I've never had any issues. It is gentle and does not damage my hair at all. It smells very strong of ammonia, and it will lift virgin hair/regrowth a couple shades. To me, these aren't negatives, it's just something that comes with the territory and that one should be aware of and expect with this type of product. I'll continue to purchase this in the future!

Works but not perfectly
(3rd picture is a before) So I died my hair with splat pink fetish about a month ago, I was under the impression that it would come out in 30 washes because of the box, which is completely untrue. So I had started to get sick of my pink hair and wanted my natural blonde back. I tried the baking soda and vinegar method, lemon juice and baking soda method and a mixture of both methods with shampoo and nothing worked. So I came on amazon and saw this, I figured I would try it out. First of all, this product STINKS. Not like rotten eggs as some of the other reviews say, it smells like bleach but 10 times worse. I applied this in my bathroom with the door and window open and could still barely breathe because of how potent the smell is. It makes your eyes and nose BURN. I left it on for 20 minutes like it says and then washed it out. It was not as bright but it was definitely still there after that so I did another round. I waited another 20 minutes and washed that out. I noticed that my pink is much lighter however it is not completely gone. Another thing to think about is if you’re a blonde this does bleach your hair a bit and make it orange (as pictured) it’s not horrible but you can definitely tell that it’s slightly orange. I’m sure this is a great product on certain colors and hair types but it didn’t completely work on my pink fetish splat dye. Unfortunately I’m gonna have to go to a salon in order to get this out before school. It definitely works just not the way I was hoping for. Hope this is helpful!

Works
This worked really well to remove red-toned purple permanent hair color. I didn't leave it on for half the time it suggested, if I had I would have probably seen more drying and damage. But overall I was really surprised and happy with my results.

Works well but BEWARE OF SMELL
Overall, the remover worked really well. For reference, my hair is medium length, dyed platinum blonde (about an inch or so of brown roots), and had been colored orange. It didn't get all the color out of my hair, but I realized (too late) that I didn't saturate certain areas well enough (the areas I did saturate well had virtually all of the color removed; my hair was blonde again). My hair felt pretty similar after, though I did notice some dryness (as to be expected), but a good deep conditioner fixed it right back up. I do have a few warnings, though: 1. listen to the instructions about not letting it process for more than 20 minutes. The top half of my hair processed longer because of how long it took to do the bottom layer, and it started to lighten my dark brown roots. It isn't super noticeable, but it is definitely about two shades lighter (looks like I put in a bit too much Sun-In). 2. make sure you really saturate your hair. I had quite a bit on my hair, but a few patches weren't quite saturated enough, so there is still some color left. 3. USE OUTSIDE! The chemical smell is stronger than anything I've ever used before (I am not typically sensitive to chemical smells, but WOW), and I've abused my hair pretty consistently for the past 8 years. I tried using it while in the bathroom with the vent on and the door open, but the smell was so strong that my eyes were watering, and my nose was burning. Once I went outside, it was fine. Definitely use outside or in a VERY WELL-ventilated area if outside isn't an option.

DO NOT BUY THIS
There is something wrong with this. It burnt my eyes so bad, one of my eyes is still red and swollen. And i could not breath this in. It also made my hair 5 different colors
