I have done a lot of research on environmental toxins and the liver; this aids the liver in safely removing them from the body….after a month of taking this, I feel decidedly better. This is the only thing I can attribute it to, since I had already cleaned up my diet a couple years ago…no alcohol, ultra processed foods or oils, no refined carbs like sugar, wheat bread or pasta or white rice. This supplement was recommended by a doctor that told me it would be a powerful antioxidant and take the edge off some of the sensitivities and irritants for my child. It did. The only issue I have is that the capsules are a little large to swallow.

I’ve done NAC of a different brand. But this NAC has green tea in it. If I do green tea, I do organic matcha. So beware, as it did me, can cause pinches in the stomach. First time, I didn’t suspect it was this. Second, then third time confirmed. I didn’t want to put the product totally down. But if one decides, do it as a test, being the only supplement, to make sure it agrees with you.
