Perfect for my dry skin
I get very dry skin and it’s prone to reacting to makeup and other products. This is perfect for moisturising my face and smells gorgeous. And a little goes a long way.

works just like a steroid cream
I don't normally write reviews but this time I thought I had to. My 15 month daughter has had eczema since she was 6 weeks old and recently it had got so worse, her skin got inflamed and she would not stop itching. The doctor has prescribed so many different creams but none of them were doing any good, the only thing that would help was the hydro-cortisone but I did not want to use this very often. After doing a bit of research on HOPES RELIEF cream and reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. "Hopes Relief" did not let me loose my hope, after a week her skin was clear and she stopped itching. I used it as directed and moisturised her with Aveeno in between. The only thing is its a bit pricey to use it very often but saying that I will be buying it again and using it instead of the steroid cream. Thank you Jacqueline, the creator of this cream.

Treatment of Painful Contact Dermatitis on Hands and Feet
My son and I both have debilitating contact dermatitis (eczema) on our hands and feet and eczema flare-ups on our face and other areas. Let me give you a bit of background info on why we tried out this cream and then how it has helped so far! Our skin during a bad flare-up will quite literally pop at the seams from very minimal movement in our hands and feet (not really something we can avoid!) and just the top of our hand brushing against something as simple as a slightly rough edge on a coat sleeve when getting dressed leaves us in agony with red swellings and open cuts. Cortisone creams have become less and less effective over the years (a common problem) and you aren't meant to use cortisone cream on open wounds either (something that we constantly have). Additionally having to moisturise our hands all the time means putting a plaster over a cut is very short lived as our hands are always slippery so we are constantly at risk of infection. I use coconut oil regularly for its antibacterial and antifungal properties (anyone with bad eczema/dermatitis on their hands can vouch for the funky smell you can start to get between your fingers as its a breeding ground for bacteria and fungi and your skin's natural defenses are completely down). Disinfecting these cracks and wounds any other way is just going to dry the skin out even more! The coconut oil and a spray of colloidal silver solution directly on cracks/cuts does keep infection at bay but coconut oil on its own sadly just isn't moisturising enough. Due to our allergies we avoid most commercial products (soaps, perfumes, body lotion etc.) and try and err on the side of minimal ingredients in any products we do buy. Whilst this cream does have some ingredients I normally would avoid (alcohol is drying for the skin) it also has coconut oil and manuka honey so if effective will cut down on me having to disinfect the wounds extensively before moisturising (more toll on my hands when really they want to just be left alone to recover!). On the very first application of this cream I felt immediate relief. My hands are not currently itchy so I can't comment on that side of things but the intense dryness that leads to the cracking of my skin felt immediately relieved, so much more so that with any prescribed moisturiser I've used. This cream is perfect for fighting the dryness from dry air and heating in your home at this time of year or from hot baths etc. In my experience as other reviewers have noted, actual allergic flare-ups are almost never cure-able with anything other than the big guns (cortisone creams/steroids). This cream will absolutely treat the symptoms and the dryness that leaves you vulnerable to flare-up but as eczema and psoriasis are auto-immune responses unless you eliminate the allergens that are causing your flare-up there is only so much a cream can do. For my son and I we have a Cow's Milk Allergy and to my great disappointment flare up from any vegetables or fruits from the nightshade family (tomatoes, aubergines, potatoes, chilli, bell peppers etc.). No matter how good a cream is if I eat any of these allergens its going to take persistence to clear up an allergic flare-up. This cream can help with the symptoms but the only long term relief is avoiding allergens.

This product has a very apt name.
After 10 months of nasty eczema on my face, neck and arm this stuff has saved my skin! I tried all sorts of things including the nonsense prescribed by doctors (steroid cream) which actually made it worse. Within 2 days of using this stuff I saw a clear improvement and within a week or 2 it was gone! If you have eczema this is definitely worth a try. It has all natural ingredients :) However I should mention that I greatly improved my diet before using this by cutting out all refined sugar and yeast and recommend you don't rely on any one product to be some sort of miracle cure. As the father of medicine said, "Let food by thy medicine and medicine be thy food". Before being introduced to this cream by word of mouth I was using pure Shea butter which prevented the eczema from getting any worse but this actually HEALED the damage already done to my skin which was so bad it would weep and scab at its worst. 6 months later I'm still amazed every time I look in the mirror by my clear skin!

Expensive and very little cream but so far has worked
Ordered this yesterday to help relieve our baby's eczema after good reviews from friends at a cost of £18.99. I squeezed out a pea sized drop and was dismayed at the amount of cream was in the tube well look at the photos the tube was at best 1/6th full so be aware you get very little cream in the tube. Having said that the cream has worked on our little boys leg after a day. So very expensive for a little bit of cream but so far it has worked.

If you have moderate/severe eczema, look elsewhere.
I can’t honestly recommend this product to anyone suffering with moderate/severe eczema. I’ve tried many many different products to help with my eczema, I’ve suffered for years with this in hopes that I might find something that helps. This product didn’t even scratch the surface honestly, but I’ll give a fair and proper review. Here are some pros: 1. Technically It didn’t irritate my skin, which I consider a good thing when compared with other eczema products on the market. 2. It smells a bit strange but nothing majorly horrible. Besides if it worked as intended, then I’m 100% sure I wouldn’t care what it smelled like! 3. It did feel quite nice to use it, I got the sense it was at least somewhat hydrating. (Even if I had to constantly re-apply) Cons: 1. The amount you get won’t last more than a week if you have moderate/severe eczema. Mine lasted less than a week. (I used quite sparingly too) 2. It simply won’t help your skin heal if you have moderate/severe eczema. No matter how much I used it, my skin just didn’t feel nor appear any better. 3. It doesn’t soothe my itching, infact I found myself itching after applying it and forced to scratch. 4. It’s quite expensive for what you actually get, I have regrets buying this product but I was swayed by the good reviews. I have a feeling that it might work for mild eczema however.

I really seldomly write reviews but since I have been suffering from eczema all my life off and on I want to share my experience with this wonderful product to hopefully help others. Every skin is different. Mine happens to be extremely sensitive to many ingredients used in commercial skin care products. After a long period enduring the cold weather in NYC and no sunshine my eczema started up again with a vengeance. Target: My face and eyelids! Even though I have not been using any eye makeup or mascara, have been living in a toxic free home, eating a clean diet I was at my wit's end. Most products contain either coconut derivatives or some form of glycol which I am sensitive too so ordered this cream not getting my hopes up. I first carefully applied it to my face sparing the eye area to prevent a major reaction, but when that went well I grew bolder and applied it to my under eye and eyelid area. The next day the itch was virtually gone and my skin was supple and moist and glowing. I am still sort of in disbelief since this product only contains very few ingredients but perhaps that’s the recipe for greatness. I also love that I literally only have to apply it once in the morning and my skin is moisturizer for the entire day. I can’t express how happy I am that I found some natural relief as a topical treatment since everything else I am doing is already on the path to healing... Attached are some pictures. My face looked much worse before which I didn’t feel comfortable posting...hope this helps someone.

J’utilise cette crème pour mon eczéma atopique et elle apaise bien ma peau toute la journée. Elle ne sens pas mauvais et évite les crèmes à base de cortisone.
