Is this chelated form? For better absorption?

This is picolinate rather than chelated. Picolinate is supposed to be the best. Online it says: "Chelated minerals are bound to a compound and depending on what that compound is maybe not absorbed well. Zinc Picolinate is a compound and the most absorbable form of zinc."

Does this help hirsutism?

I was going to say 'no' but then I checked Google by googling 'hirsutism zinc'. I suggest you do the same. The suggestion is that 50 mg is needed for eight weeks. These tablets are just 22 mg. I'd also suggest that you speak to your GP.

How much elemental zinc in these? Is it 22mg elemental or 22mg picolinate?

It dees not say on the packaging.
