Perfect Thinner for Vallejo Paints – Smooth, Consistent Results
If you're airbrushing with Vallejo Model Air or Game Air paints, this thinner is a must. It blends perfectly with their acrylics and helps maintain pigment integrity without separating or clumping. It improves flow, reduces tip dry, and keeps the airbrush running smoothly without affecting color vibrancy. I usually go for a 3:1 or 2:1 paint-to-thinner ratio depending on what I’m spraying, and the results are consistently smooth. It’s also useful for hand brushing — just a drop or two can help with smoother coats or when you're doing fine details. Doesn't have a strong odor and is safer to use than many alternatives. Highly recommended for anyone working with Vallejo paints, especially for models, miniatures, and detailed work.

Mix it up for a better result
This Vallejo thinner is to avoid potential blockages when using acrylics in your airbrush. It’s especially useful if you’re using a fine needle, i.e. smaller than 0.25. A ratio of 1ml thinner to 4ml paint is ideal. If you’re spraying more than one thin coat to build up the colour in order to ensure all the surface detail is retained then deploying the thinner ensures the paint remains free-flowing; it’s much more effective than using just water as a thinner. The Vallejo bottle is fitted with a small nozzle which enables you to apply the thinner a drop at a time, or squirt in a larger amount if your airbrush has a larger reservoir and you’re preparing to spray a big surface area. The only gripe (a small one) is that the product is quite expensive for a modest 200ml bottle.

This stuff is the best. I didn’t know my airbrushing game needed this magic potion until I tried it. This thinner took my paint consistency from “chunky salsa” to “silky smoothie.” With just a few drops, I went from clogging every 30 seconds to unleashing a flawless, misty masterpiece. My airbrush practically whispered, "Finally!" You must buy. Works great! Bonus: I thought it smelled like pure creativity (or maybe that's the fumes talking). If your airbrush has been begging for a spa day, grab this thinner and let it feel the love!

Un disolvente que va genial con todas las pinturas acrílicas de modelismo. Me resulta muy útil para diluir bien las pinturas y que luego no me queden velos.
