i wanted to buy a top that looked natural to loose my extra belly fat. im 5'4 and normally wear mens S-M tees depending how long i want my shirts to be so i went with an L at first. the length was too small which is the issue i have a lot with womans shirts so i went with 2xl which fits better but the length still feels a little off but its enough to cover everything so I'll stick with it mainly because i dont want to go through the process again of ordering a larger size. i was only trying it on for about 5 minutes and was already instantly sweating from both my back and front even with the cold air from my tower fan blasting so it worked right away 😂 weather is 74 degrees outside when i tried it. it stuck to my skin and felt like nothing was happening until i removed it and saw all the sweat. edit: returning for a 3xl... while i was moving the shirt kept riding up exposing my stomach. it runs very small :(

This short sleeve rubberized shirt helps retain body heat. The outside part is a synthetic fabric that looks like a regular shirt. The inside is a rubberized silver color. The shirt smelled badly so I put it in soap and water with about 10 drops of peppermint essential oil to soak for a couple hours. Then I rinsed it and hung it up to dry. After a couple hours I turned it inside out to finish drying. This worked perfectly to get rid of the bad smell. The 3x shirt fits me well—not tight. I usually wear 2x tops. The quality is good.

I love this sauna suit. It fits like a glove. Feels comfortable exercising and moving in. You don't feel restricted at all and it definitely brings on the heat !

It looks a thinner stretchier material than it really is. It feels rubbery, but it's fine. I was a little disappointed it was shorter than it looks thus seemingly misleading. It is at least 1 inch too short, not quite ending below my belly and I'm 5' 5.5" tall. It fits me fitted and rides up slightly. I like it has an elastic band hem to prevent air escaping and locks in the moisture, preventing embarrassing wetness. My old sauna top leaves me dripping out which is not a good thing if out casually. This top wetness from sweating soaks into my bra or if I have an undershirt. It does not have embarrassing drippiness so this is good, and it is my go-to sweat top now.

I don’t hate this but I don’t love it either. Does its job I just don’t care for the bottom hem on it. I am constantly pulling it down. Maybe getting a larger size may make a difference but I am still very undecided. It washed well in the washer. I air dried it. The fit if I would purchase a different one I would go a size up. Otherwise the fit is good. You will sweat! Which is great since that is the purpose. I think so far that it is very durable and for the money a good value.

I love it… it fit great and I am dripping with sweat but it not runny out the outfit. It doesn't make me feel like I have wet diaper on but when I get home. I pull it off me. It’s alot. Everything that was under it is wet. It was worth the money.

I ordered a large in this product because it looked like it might run a bit small and the product description also suggested it. It's just big enough so I feel I should have ordered an extra large and I think it's because of the material but I still love this product. I get a really good sweat and I can already see the difference it has made with my arms and mid-section. Would definitely purchase this item again.

I had to return it for a smaller size. Did the measurements but it was too loose. However I feel you will definitely sweat in it. Con…..Very smelly, strong fish scent.
