Weleda Baby Calendula Facial Cream, 50 ml

I adore all weleda baby products/calendula range. but this is absolutely one of my favourite after weather protection cream which is more like ointment and thick, and suitable for the winter. this is slightly lighter base but surely not runny or so light, it feels light on your skin but at the same time so moisturising. i initially bought this for my daughter but i'm also using it sometimes when i have a breakout. calendula has healing properties to help calm my irritated face skin down and so soothing! another tip, this cream and weather protection cream are also great under makeup ladies! people ask me what do i use sometimes, but this is one of my secret, yes baby cream! its that great quality, will continually use

I have been using Weleda products for my children since birth. The products are known for their quality and natural ingredients. They have a distinct calendula smell and some people don't like it. I don't mind the smell. This cream has a nice texture, absorbs well and helps fight any red spots, rash or bruises on my kids' skin. It is well worth the money. Highly praised and recommended!

This is a great all round cream, I have been using it as a face cream for my normal skin for years now. I find I need to use only very little of it and have it for a long time, at least 6 months or so - it doesn't go off or anything, still perfect. Love the smell, too and the fact that the ingredients are all natural.

We purchased this face cream after baby came out in a horrible teething rash. We loved the nappy rash cream so knew it would be excellent quality and we were disappointed. The rash cleared within 2 days and now we use the tiniest dab each night on baby’s cheeks as part of our night time routine. His cheeks are beautifully soft despite being covered in drool all day. Great that it’s also 100% natural.

This cream feels lovely and does not irritate sensitive skin at all. I tried it on my own face before using it on my baby and it left my skin feeling lovely and moisturised and I felt confident using on a childs' face. It is a thick cream and does have quite an oily texture to it, it is thicker than the body cream in the same range. It is very reassuring that the cream is made from natural ingredients and does not contain chemicals that are harmful to young or sensitive skin. This could definitely be used by an adult with sensitive skin or just someone looking for a more natural moisturiser. Having said that it would be quite thick for ladies to wear under make up. Be aware that although it does not have 'perfumes' it is scented with natural oils and does have a strong sent to it.

Perfect for sensitive little faces, doesn't sting eyes or cause irritation at all. Absorbs fast with no slime left over. Really happy. Only thing that would make it better would be an added spf to save two creams for little ones

This cream simply contains "Sweet Almond Oil, Water, Lanolin, Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Beeswax, Calendula Extract, Xanthan Gum, Fragrance*, Limonene*, Linalool*, Benzyl Benzoate*, Benzyl Salicylate*, Geraniol*. * from natural essential oils" I appreciate how similar the ingredients are to Weleda's calendula lotion as this limits the number of potential allergens my skin is exposed to. I use this on my dehydrated sensitive skin and have found it gentle enough to apply over a pre-existing rash and not too greasy for make up. Initially I found this a little too thick to spread easily, but the cream has really grown on me as I have noticed my fine lines diminish. Since first writing this review I have started to mix a little in the hand with equal parts of aloe vera gel, which is wonderful on irritated skin or for a lighter application.

Second tube of cream. Really soothes my face when I get eczema in the cold weather. Nice thick cream. No strong smell. Doesn’t sting when I put it on delicate skin. I don’t use this all the time on my face , more when I have flare ups, as I find if I use it all the time that my skin gets slightly spotty as it’s quite thick.

Me encanta esta crema. La compré para mi bebé de 6 meses por que le salen rojeces en la cara debido al frío... Pues bien al final también la hemos acabado usando con mi otro hijo de 2 años y con el mayor que tiene 8... Es increible lo rápido que se absorbe, lo rápido que hace efecto y el olor tan agradable que tiene... Eso si tiene que gustarte el olor a calendula por que huele mucho. Por el precio que tiene no se le puede pedir mas

Der Calenduladuft betört schon beim auftragen, die Creme ist sehr reichhaltig und man braucht nur kleine Mengen, daher auch sehr ergiebig! Die Haut wird gerade zur Winterzeit mit allem versorgt was sie benötigt, da sie leicht fettend ist. Zudem ist sie sehr gut verträglich und vor allem Abends vor dem zu Bett gehen klasse aufzutragen um morgens frisch und erholt aussehend zu erwachen. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen, klasse Produkt! ;)

Gentle. Smells good. Works wonders on my sons little red cheeks in the winter time. Not greasy, very light and smooth. Definitely recommend.

È una buona crema, pastosa e abbastanza grassa (adatta per idratare la pelle secca e delicata, soprattutto nei mesi invernali) ma si spalma bene e assorbe in fretta. Il profumo è leggerissimo e molto naturale, io la metto tutti i giorni alla mia bambina di 8 mesi, per prevenire le irritazioni e la pelle secca dovuta al freddo.
